The Men’s Wearhouse, Inc first quarter sales fell 6% to $464.1 million and net income fell 47% to $5.3 million or 10 cents a share. Pall Corporation third quarter revenues fell 16% to $555.9 million and net income fell 30% to $44.2 million or 37 cents a share.

Alliance One International, Inc, a global independent leaf tobacco merchant said full-year sales rose 12.4% to $2.26 billion from $2.01 billion a year ago. Net income in the year rose 685% to $132.6 million or $1.50 per diluted share compared to net income of $16.9 million or 19 cents per a year ago.
