Forest Laboratories Inc. (

Wells Fargo & Co. (
WFC: chart), engages in banking and related financial services businesses, said that its fourth-quarter net income increased 13% to $2.18 billion, or 64 cents per share, from $1.93 billion, or 57 cents per share in the year-ago period. Revenue climbed 11% to $9.4 billion.
Life Partners Holdings Inc. (

UBS: chart), financial services provider, said that its fourth-quarter net income increased 4% to $1.19 billion, or 66 cents per share, compared with $1.14 billion, or 62 cents per share in the year-ago period.
