McDermott International, Inc second quarter revenues fell 13% to $1.56 billion and net income fell 48% to $92.6 million or 40 cents a share. Fluor Corporation second quarter revenues fell 8.3% to $5.29 billion and net income fell 18.6% to $169.3 million or 93 cents a share.

Array BioPharma Inc, a biopharmaceutical company said fourth quarter revenues fell 10% to $5.5 million from $6.09 million a year ago. Net loss in the quarter was $26.7 million or 55 cents per diluted share compared to net loss of $32.4 million or 68 cents per share a year ago.

Total revenues for the fiscal year 2009 fell 13% to $25 million from $28.8 million a year ago. Net loss in the year was $127.8 million or $2.67 per diluted share compared to net loss of $96.3 million or $2.04 per share a year ago.
