Net income in the quarter fell 11% to $6.5 million or 31 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $7.3 million or 35 cents per share a year ago.

Revenues for the fiscal year 2009 rose 9.5% to $449.4 million from $410.3 million a year ago. Net income for the year rose 2% to $40.6 million or $1.95 per diluted share compared to net income of $39.8 million or $1.90 per share a year ago.
