Dominion Resources, Inc third quarter revenues fell 16.5% to $3.65 billion and net income rose 17% to $594 million or $1.0 a share. ITT Corporation third quarter sales fell 6% to $2.71 billion and net income fell 72.7% to $59 million or 32 cents a share.

Dominion Resources, Inc., the power company reported third quarter revenues fell 16.5% to $3.65 billion from $4.37 billion a year ago. Net income in the quarter rose 17% to $594 million or $1.0 per diluted share compared to net income of $508 million or 87 cents per share a year ago.
