Deere & Company fourth quarter sales fell 28% to $5.33 billion and net loss was $222.8 million or 53 cents a share. Tiffany & Co third quarter sales fell 3% to $598.2 million and net income fell 1% to $43.3 million or 35 cents a share.

China Finance Online Co. Limited, a provider of online financial information and listed company data reported third quarter revenues fell 4% to $14.6 million from $15.2 million a year ago. Net loss in the quarter was $1.0 million or 5 cents per ADS compared to net income of $4.8 million or 21 cents per ADS a year ago.

China Finance Online Co. Limited (JRJC: chart) in the last one year traded as high as $14.00 in May 2009 and as low as $4.48 in November 2008. Based on the yesterday’s closing price of $9.15 the company has market cap of $201.42 million.

Conn’s Inc, a specialty retailer of home appliances and consumer electronics reported third quarter revenues fell 0.5% to $182.8 million from $183.7 million a year ago. Comparable same-store sales decreased 9.3%.

Deere & Company, the agricultural equipment company reported fourth quarter sales fell 28% to $5.33 billion from $7.40 billion a year ago. Net loss in the quarter was $222.8 million or 53 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $345 million or 81 cents per share a year ago.

Net sales for the fiscal year 2009 fell 19% to $23.1 billion from $28.4 billion a year ago. Net income for the year fell 57.4% to $873.5 million or $2.06 per diluted share compared to net income of $2.05 billion or $4.70 per share a year ago.

Deere & Company (DE: chart) in the last one year traded as high as $53.59 in November 2009 and as low as $24.51 in March 2009. Based on the yesterday’s closing price of $52.29 the company has market cap of $22.12 billion.

Tiffany & Co, the jewelry group reported third quarter sales fell 3% to $598.2 million from $616.2 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter fell 1% to $43.3 million or 35 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $43.8 million or 35 cents per share a year ago.

Comparable same-store sales decreased 6%.

Tiffany & Co (TIF: chart) in the last one year traded as high as $43.80 in November 2009 and as low as $16.70 in March 2009. Based on the yesterday’s closing price of $41.83 the company has market cap of $5.19 billion.
