The J.M. Smucker Company third quarter sales rose 78% to $1.18 billion and net income rose 84% to $77.9 million or 68 cents a share. The TJX Companies, Inc fourth quarter sales were flat $5.4 billion and net income fell 16.7% to $251 million or 58 cents a share.

Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V, the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Latin America based in Mexico reported fourth quarter sales rose 23.9% to Ps. 22,752 million from Ps. 18,361 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter fell 69.7% to Ps. 585 million or Ps. 0.32 per diluted share compared to net income of Ps. 1,932 million or Ps. 1.05 per share a year ago.

Total revenues for the fiscal year 2008 rose 19.8% to Ps. 82,976 million from Ps. 69,251 million a year ago. Net income for the fiscal year 2008 fell 19% to Ps. 5,598 million Ps. 3.03 per diluted share compared to net income of Ps. 6,908 million or Ps. 3.74 per share a year ago.

Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V (KOF: chart) in the last one year traded as high as Ps. 63.77 in June 2008 and as low as Ps. 26.15 in October 2008. Based on the yesterday''s closing price of Ps. 31.16 the company has market cap of Ps. 5.84 billion.

Del Monte Foods Company, the producer of branded food and pet products reported third quarter sales rose 8.4% to $942.3 million from $869.0 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter rose 13.5% to $60.5 million or 30 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $53.3 million or 26 cents per share a year ago.

Net income in the quarter rose 11% to $105.2 million or $1.15 per diluted share compared to net income of $94.7 million or $1.04 per share a year ago.

Comparable same store sales increased 2.2%.

Net sales for the fiscal year 2008 rose 9.5% to $4.64 billion from $4.24 billion a year ago. Net income for the fiscal year 2008 rose 14% to $229.5 million $2.53 per diluted share compared to net income of $201.3 million or $2.09 per share a year ago.

Dollar Tree, Inc (DLTR: chart) in the last one year traded as high as $44.32 in February 2009 and as low as $24.44 in March 2008. Based on the yesterday''s closing price of $36.06 the company has market cap of $3.27 billion.

Eaton Vance Corp, the asset manager reported first quarter sales fell 28% to $209.5 million from $289.8 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter fell 57% to $24.7 million or 21 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $57.9 million or 46 cents per share a year ago.
