American Software, Inc, the supply chain software developer said second quarter revenues fell 16% to $19.8 million from $23.6 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter fell 82% to $470,000 or 2 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $2.5 million or 10 cents per share a year ago.
