Net income in the quarter fell 66% to $37.8 million or 36 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $110.9 million or $1.15 per share a year ago.
Sales for the fiscal year 2009 fell 42.5% to $3.05 billion from $5.31 billion a year ago. Net income for the year fell 94.4% to $31.7 million or 32 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $565.9 million or $5.67 per share a year ago.
