The Company has three classifications of Class B members—PMMs, CMMs and EAMs—all of whom must be SEC-registered broker-dealers.
The Company’s 665 listed options are divided into ten groups, known as bins. New options series are assigned to their respective bins by an allocation committee which consists of 13 individuals who are employees of EAMs and appointed to the committee by the Company’s CEO.
