The Company owns and/or manages 73 medical office buildings and healthcare related facilities, 45 of which it wholly owns, eight of which it jointly owns with unaffiliated third parties and manages through its taxable REIT subsidiary, 16 of which it manages for third parties through its taxable REIT subsidiary and four properties held for sale that it manages.
