Biodel
The Company’s two most advanced clinical programs are VIAject, an injectable formulation of insulin, and VIAtab, a sublingual formulation of insulin.
VIAject is the Company’s proprietary formulation of injectable human insulin to be taken immediately prior to a meal or at the end of a meal. The Company formulated VIAject using its VIAdel technology to combine recombinant human insulin with specific ingredients generally regarded as safe by the FDA.
