Aircastle Limited
As of March 31, 2006, the Company’s aircraft portfolio consisted of 42 aircraft on lease to 24 lessees in 16 countries. The weighted average (by net book value) age of the Company’s aircraft as of March 31, 2006, was 8.7 years and the weighted average (by net book value) remaining lease term for those aircraft was 4.2 years. In addition, as of May 22, 2006, the Company had acquired an additional six aircraft for an aggregate purchase price of $107.
