Zanaflex Capsules and Zanaflex tablets are short-acting drugs approved by the FDA for the management of spasticity. The Company acquired all of Elan\'s U.S. sales, marketing and distribution rights to Zanaflex Capsules and Zanaflex tablets in July 2004. These products contain tizanidine, one of the two leading treatments for the management of spasticity. There are currently 11 generic versions of tizanidine tablets on the market.
