Hello sir, can you just put some more light on the domestic employee numbers? It has been volatile for past two or three quarters.

No, it is basically; as you know the domestic employee number these are kind of need based because we will be kind of shifting the people from domestic to offshore and all that. So, it is basically on need basis, we will be having employees there.

Okay and how far utilization can go upside given the current new number of hours as you are taking into consideration?

Right now, this quarter we are at around 76% offshore including trainees. Yeah anywhere between 75% to 80% I think is ideal range.

Okay and how much is the percentage of USD-Australian Dollar contribution to the overall currency mix?
