| The Company’s business is removing existing mold spores from wood and other building materials used in residential construction and preventing future mold growth on these materials by coating them with an antimicrobial solution. Mold growth requires mold spores, a food source (e.g. wood) and moisture. Mold is ubiquitous and present in every residential home. As a result, builders, engineers and architects have dedicated their mold prevention efforts to developing sealed structures to prevent water or moisture from seeping into areas where mold spores already exist. |
