| Aegean Marine Petroleum lost 19% or $8.75 to close at $37.95 after its largest shareholder filed to reduce his stake in the company. Dmitris Melisanidis, the founder of the company has filed with the SEC to sell 6.5 million shares in a secondary offering. The company priced 12.5 million shares in the pulic offering on December 8th, 2006 at $14 per share. Since then the stock has steadily risen to peak of $47.75. |
