Heelys Stock Soars at Start

| Shares of fashion apparel company Heelys gained 55% after pricing above the expected range on Thursday. Allegiant also made good start on Friday as its shares rose almost 40%. Two hundred and two companies have launched IPOs so far in 2006, and 71% of them are currently trading above their offering price. As much as twenty deals are on the calendar for the next week. |

Spirit AeroSystems Raises $1.4 billion IPO

| Shares of two aircraft-related companies, Spirit AeroSystems and AerCap, made good gains it their first day of trading Tuesday on the NYSE. Spirit raised $1.4 billion pricing above the forecast range. A Mexican airport operator is on the calendar for the next week. A hundred and ninety four companies have launched IPOs so far in 2006, and 60% of them are currently trading above their offering price. |

NYMEX IPO Up 120%

| In a busy IPO week with 10 new deals, the exchange NYMEX made one of the best first -day performance this year as its shares soared more than 120% at start after pricing above the expectations. Military service contractor KBR and First Solar rose more than 20%. Spirit Aerosystems is on the IPO calendar for the next week, hoping to raise 1.5 billion. |

| KBW gained 30% and Physicians Formula – 24% on their start on Thursday after pricing at the top of an estimated range. China-based Canadian Solar, insurer OneBeacon, Metabolix and Capella Educationa also made good gains.
