iSoftStone Holdings Limited, the China-based software outsourcing services provider priced 10.83 million American depositary shares at $13 each, at the top of its $11 to $13 range. The company’s shares rose nearly 28% on its first day of trading.
E-Commerce China Dangdang Inc., the Chinese e-commerce company offered 17 million American Depositary shares at $16 per ADS in initial public offering and raised more than $200 million in proceeds.
Youku.com Inc., a leading Chinese Internet television company’s initial public offering raised approximately $203 million in gross proceeds after the company sold 15.8 million shares at $12.80 a share. The Youku.com soared the most for any China based offering since Baidu.com was priced in 2005.
