| Netsuite Prices its 6.2 million shars initial public offering at $26 per shre. Orion Energy Systems jumped 50% but Gushan Environmental declines. |

| Netsuite priced its initial publc offering at $26 per share and raised $114 million. Stock traded as high as $30 in the afternoon trading on the optimism that the company will be able to turn profit in 2008. The company revenue are estimated to cross $100 million in 2007 but yet to generate profit. Orion Energy ipo jumps 50% by the second day of trading but Gushan Environmental Energy based in China struggled to stay above its offer price. |

K12 and MedAssets Soar 30% And Up at Start

| Ten new IPOs were launched during the past week. Online education provider K12 and tech provider MedAssets were the best performers both gaining more than 30% in they first-day trading. Two hundred and thirty-two IPOs have been priced so far in 2007 and 53% of them are trading above their offering price. There are six deals scheduled to be priced the following week. |

Entropic Prices Low But Gains at Start

| Four new IPOs were launched during the past week. All four priced low than expectations, but Entropic and Triple-S Two were traded higher from the IPO price on the first day. Two hundred and twenty-two IPOs have been priced so far in 2007 and 53% of them are trading above their offering price. There are as much as fifteen deals scheduled to be priced the following week. |
