November New Home Sales Fall 11.3%

| Seasonally adjusted new home sales decreased 11.3% to 355,000 and below 9.0% from a year ago. The median sale price of new homes sold in the month was $217,400 and average price was $280,300 with 7.9 months of inventory. |

| Seasonally adjusted existing home sales in November increased 7.4% to 6.54 million units from 6.09 million in October. Sales increased 44.1% from a year ago month and increased to the highest level since February 2007 rate of 6.55 million units. |
