Finished gasoline inventories fell last week while gasoline blending components inventories increased during this same period. |

| Personal income increased $43.1 billion, or 0.4%, and disposable personal income increased $32.9 billion, or 0.3%, in November, according to the Bureau of Economic Analysis. | Industrial production increased 0.3% in November; the change in production over the previous three months was revised down, on net, an average of 0.1% per month. At 113.9% of its 2002 average, total industrial production in November was 2.1% above its year-earlier level. The output of utilities dropped 1.3% because of a decline in electric utilities; the output at mines increased 1.1%. |
