CBRL Group second-quarter net income more than tripled, including results from a chain that has been sold. Fossil fourth-quarter sales jumped 21%, according to preliminary results. Wal-Mart Stores reported fourth-quarter profit growth of 9.8% to beat analyst estimates, and issued a bullish forecast. Ituran Location and Control fourth-quarter profit rose 34%, with more sales of wireless products and a growing subscriber base.

CBRL Group Inc.
