Unify Corporation, a provider of integrated content archiving software solutions said fourth quarter revenues fell 9.8% to $4.6 million from $5.1 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter rose 145.5% to $189,000 or 3 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $77,000 or 1 cent per share a year ago.

Net revenues for the fiscal year 2008 rose 4% to $20.6 million from $19.8 million a year ago. Net income for the year rose 50% to $2.4 million or 32 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $1.6 million or 23 cents per share a year ago.

Unify Corporation (UNFY) in the last one year traded as high as $5.50 in August 2008 and as low as $1.24 in March 2009. Based on the yesterday’s closing price of $3.80 the company has market cap of $26.60 million.
