Chicago Bridge and Iron Company N.V, the engineering, procurement and construction company said fourth quarter revenues fell 31% to $1.04 billion from $1.51 billion a year ago. Net income in the quarter fell 40% to $41.2 million or 41 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $68.6 million or 72 cents per share a year ago.
Revenues for the fiscal year 2009 fell 23% to $4.56 billion from $5.94 billion a year ago. Net income for the year was $174.3 million or $1.79 per diluted share compared to net loss of $21.1 million or 22 cents per share a year ago.
