1:45PM Frankfurt, Germany – H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB sales rose 6.5% and net profit rose 26.7%. Nokia Corporation sales fell 5.3% and net profit rose 65%.

H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB, the fashion retailer said fourth quarter sales rose 6.5% to SEK28.0 billion from SEK26.3 billion a year ago. Net profit for the quarter rose 26.7% to SEK6.15 billion or SEK7.44 per diluted share compared to net profit of SEK5.09 billion or SEK6.15 per share a year ago.

Sales for the full-year rose 14.6% to SEK101.4 billion from SEK88.5 billion a year ago. Net profit for the full-year rose 7% to SEK16.4 billion or SEK19.80 per diluted share compared to net profit of SEK15.3 billion or SEK18.48 per share a year ago.

Nokia Corporation, the maker of mobile phones said fourth quarter sales fell 5.3% to €12.0 billion from €12.7 billion a year ago. Net profit for the quarter rose 65% to €948 million or €0.26 per diluted share compared to net profit of €576 million or €0.15 per share a year ago.

Sales for the full-year fell 19% to €41.0 billion from €50.7 billion a year ago. Net profit for the full-year fell 78% to €891 million or €0.24 per diluted share compared to net profit of €3.99 billion or €1.05 per share a year ago.

Saft Groupe SA, the battery maker said fourth quarter revenues declined 8.9% to €148.7 million from €163.1 million a year ago and fell 6% at constant exchange rates.

Sales for the full-year fell 8.2% to €559.3 million from €609.4 million a year ago and fell 9.6% at constant exchange rates.

Saft Groupe SA, in the last one year traded as high as €40.92 in October 2009 and as low as €16.33 in March 2009. Based on the yesterday’s closing price of €31.97 the company has market cap of €791.87 million.

SeLoger.com SA, an online real estate property advertising company said full-year sales rose 1.9% to €73.0 million from €71.7 million a year ago. Classified Ads and Media sales rose 3.5% to €61.7 million from €59.6 million a year ago.

Website design and listing services sales fell 9.5% to €5.32 million from €5.88 million a year ago. Real estate software Périclès sales fell 2.6% to €6.07 million from €6.23 million a year ago.
