Analogic Corp a manufacturer of health and security imaging equipment fourth quarter revenues rose 26% to $117 million and net income fell 60% to $3.3 million or 25 cents a share. CRA Intl third quarter revenues fell 11% to $111.2 million and net income fell 51% to $4.2 million.

Analogic Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of high-precision health and security imaging equipment reported fourth quarter revenues rose 26% to $117.1 million from $92.9 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter fell 60% to $3.3 million or 25 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $8.3 million or 60 cents per share, a year ago.

Revenues for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2008, 21% to $413.5 million compared to the revenue in the year ago of $340.7 Net income was $23.5 million or $1.77 per diluted share, compared with $15.4 million or $1.10 per diluted share for the same period a year ago, an increase of 53%.

Total revenue increased 22.5%, to $1.15 billion in fiscal 2008 from $940.5 million in fiscal 2007. The Company reported net income of $102.9 million, or $2.64 per diluted share, in fiscal 2008, compared to net income of $61.4 million, or $1.56 per diluted share a year ago.
