Deere & Company Net Falls 45%, ING Net Loss

Constellation Energy Group Inc fourth quarter revenues fell 7.5% to $4.9 billion and net loss was $1.4 billion or $7.75 a share. Deere & Company first quarter revenues fell 1% to $5.15 billion and net income fell 45% to $203.9 million or 48 cents a share.

Calumet Specialty Product Partners, L.P.], a producer of specialty hydrocarbon products in North America reported fourth quarter revenues rose 14% to $498.7 million from $436.9 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter rose 137% to $18.5 million or 55 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $7.8 million or 45 cents per share a year ago.

Revenues for the fiscal year 2008 rose 56% to $2.5 billion from $1.6 billion a year ago. Net income for the fiscal year 2008 fell 46% to $44.4 million $2.41 per diluted share compared to net income of $82.9 million or $2.63 per share a year ago.

Calumet Specialty Product Partners, L.P. (CLMT) in the last one year traded as high as $37.30 in February 2008 and as low as $5.77 in November 2008. Based on the yesterday''s closing price of $12.43 the company has market cap of $400.64 million.

Net loss in the quarter was $2.2 million or 14 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $2.7 million or 16 cents per share a year ago.

Revenues for the fiscal year 2008 rose 16% to $121.0 million from $104.6 million a year ago. Net income for the fiscal year 2008 fell 83% to $1.2 million or 8 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $7.1 million or 43 cents per share a year ago.

Net sales for the fiscal year 2008 rose 17% to $5.8 billion from $5.0 billion a year ago. Net loss for the fiscal year 2008 was $839 million $6.56 per diluted share compared to net income of $96 million or 74 cents per share a year ago.

Owens Corning (OC) in the last one year traded as high as $28.58 in May 2008 and as low as $10.05 in November 2008. Based on the yesterday''s closing price of $12.67 the company has market cap of $1.62 billion.

Rogers Communications Inc, the operator of Canada''s biggest wireless carrier reported fourth quarter revenues rose 9% to $2.94 billion from $2.69 billion a year ago. Net loss in the quarter was $138 million or 22 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $254 million or 40 cents per share a year ago.

Operating revenues for the fiscal year 2008 rose 12% to $11.3 billion from $10.1 billion a year ago. Net income for the fiscal year 2008 surged 57% to $1.0 billion $1.57 per diluted share compared to net income of $637 million or 99 cents per share a year ago.
