Church & Dwight Co, a maker of consumer products reported second quarter sales rose 9% to $594 million from $546.5 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter rose 13% to $45.8 million or 66 cents per share compared to net income of $40.5 million or 59 cents per share, a year ago.
