Agilent Technologies Inc, scientific instrument maker said first quarter revenues fell 16% to $1.17 billion from $1.39 billion a year ago. Net income in the quarter fell 47% to $64 million or 18 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $120 million or 31 cents per share a year ago.
