| The provider of designer software realized a 19% drop in income to $95 million or 41 cents a share as revenue rose 18% to $599 million on growth in the international geographies. The firm recently announced its intent to acquire Moldflow Corporation, a leading provider of simulation software used to optimize the design of injection molded plastic parts in molds. Autodesk used $257 million to buy back 8 million shares and drew down $40 million on the line of credit. |

| The leading maker of design software reported revenue of $599.1 million, an increase of 20% over the prior year. While the revenue from EMEA region increased 38%, the revenue from Americas grew only by 2%. During the quarter, the firm shipped nearly 46,000 commercial seats of its 3D products. In Q4, Autodesk acquired three companies - Robobot, Hanna Strategies and Carmel Software - for $49 million. For fiscal 2009, Autodesk expects revenue in the range of $2.425 and $2.475 billion. |

| The leading software designer recorded revenue of $538 million, up 18% from the prior year, on substantial revenue from both 2D and 3D vertical solutions as well as emerging economies. Autodesk completed a number of small acquisitions during the quarter, including Opticore, Skymatter, and PlassoTech. The company also plans to acquire Hanna Strategies and Robobat. For fiscal 2009, the firm projects GAAP earnings per share of 42 cents to 44 cents, on revenue of $575 million to $585 million. |

| Autodesk, 2D and 3D design software maker, reported revenue increase of 17% to $509 million, exceeding the analysts’ expectations of $499.9 million. Revenue increase was helped by 22% increase in maintenance revenue from subscriptions and upgrades. The company did not report earnings for Q1 because it is in the process of restating financial results from the fiscal years 2003 through 2006. For Q2, revenue is expected to be $520 million to $530 million. |
