| The Mexico based provider of fixed line telephones reported 2.1% growth in revenue to 48 billion pesos, on substantial growth in internet access revenue, interconnection revenue and other revenue. In Q3, TELMEX had 18.157 million lines in service, representing 21% of Mexico''s telecommunications market of fixed, mobile and voice services. In the third quarter, the firm added 296,000 broadband Infinitum ADSL accounts in Mexico, bringing the total to roughly 2.7 million services. |

| The leading telecommunications company of Mexico reported that its revenue grew 1.9% to 46 billion pesos, on 12% increase in the internet revenue and 31% increase in interconnection fees. During the quarter, the total number of lines in use dropped by 82,000 to 18.2 million. The firm added 253,000 internet access accounts during the quarter, leading to almost $2.4 million accounts, 73% ahead of the previous year. |

| The leading provider of telecommunication services in Mexico reported revenue growth of 2.5%, on 13% increase in internet access revenue, long distance calling party pay interconnection revenues and other revenues. During Q1, Telmex added more than 300,000 Infinicom accounts, bringing the total to 2.1 million, 75% ahead of year ago period. The first quarter revenues from operations in Mexico reached almost 33 billion pesos, an increase of more than 3% compared to the same period of 2006. |
