Oil futures headed forward record highs as markets shrugged off the impact of London attacks and a hurricane neared U.S. Gulf oil facilities. U.S. crude-oil for August delivery rose $1.02 to reach $61.75 a barrel. London Brent gained 94 cents to $60.26.
