Crude-oil prices crossed the $62 a barrel mark before turning sharply down amid heightened market uncertainty following explosions in London. The fatal events turned around the bullish effects of hurricane-related concerns and crude-oil futures dropped $2.50 in 5 minutes. August light, sweet crude delivery on the NYMEX fell $1.88 to $59.40 in electronic trading .In London Brent futures slid $1.70 to $58.15.
